Breakfast: 8:00-10:00 AM

A full breakfast in the dining room at 8:00 AM unless guests request an alternate time. The coffee pot is usually on about 7:00 AM. Let us know if you need us to brew decaf for you. We serve a set menu but try to remain flexible, just visit with us if you need a “to go,” an earlier breakfast time, or if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food preferences so we can make your breakfast a pleasurable experience.

A complimentary dessert may be provided in the evening for guests wanting to “indulge.” Join us on the front porch or back deck around 8:00pm weather permitting. If it is cold we will serve evening snack in the dinning room.

Guest Mini-Kitchen

The guest mini-kitchen area is located on the back porch. You’ll find a microwave and a mini-fridge stocked with a variety of cool drinks (soda pop, ice tea, and lemonade). Help yourself to a cup of tea, hot chocolate, bag of microwave popcorn, or a chocolate chip cookie from our cookie jar.

Bathrooms

Three (3) of our guest rooms have private bathrooms. One of our rooms upstairs features a private bath with an antique claw foot “soaking” tub.  Light the candles and unwind as you leisurely indulge in an old-fashioned bath.  Two of our upstairs rooms have full bath facilities with showers. The main level bathroom has a tub/shower and double sinks.

Smoking

Maple St. B&B is smoke free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. We ask that you refrain from smoking in your room, in the house, on the deck, porch or grounds.

Gathering Room

The gathering room is another area provided for you to relax, watch television or a movie, read a good book, sit and visit with friends and family. The guest library is located in this area. Please check with us regarding a book you would like to borrow and return later. A variety of DVD’s are also located in the library area. Movies may also be rented at Satellite Computer, located on Main Street in Lamoni. Feel free to rent a movie and watch it on the 42" LCD flat screen in the living room. Piano and guitar books are located in the bookshelves beside the fireplace for those who want to sit at the piano and play some tunes.

Cable TV

All rooms have a TV with 78 cable channels. If you desire a private viewing of a movie we can hook up a DVD or VHS player in your room.

Children and Pets

Please call us about our children and pet policy. We love them dearly and want everyone to enjoy there stay.

Hot Tub!

The hot tub is always up and running and located on the back deck. This is a great way to relax and just makes your stay so much better. Please follow our few minor rules and you can use it any time you wish while you stay with us. We will tell you the rules at check in.

Reservations

Please call or email with your questions or comments on how we can serve you. We are taking reservations regularly so make yours will in advance to be sure you have a room available on the night you are in town. We request a credit card to reserve your room but you are free to pay however you desire at checkout. We take all forms of credit cards for your convenience but cash is always welcome.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations must be received one week in advance on regular weekends or days and two weeks on special holidays and local events. Please discuss this policy when making reservations.

Discounts

Please ask us about our discounts. During our slower times from the months of  December through January we have several to help you save. If you stay for 2 nights on the weekend (Friday and Saturday) you can have the third night (Sunday)  free. (the third night is with a light breakfast however) If you stay during the week, or on Tuesday through Thursday night there is a 10% discount for each night. (Only one of the above discounts can be taken per week).
